Henan is the birthplace of the Shang Dynasty culture and the surname of Yin culture, which also is the ancestral place and also is the clean heart Holy Land of the 2,000,000 Yin people everywhere-motherland or oversee.Shang Dynasty's former capital is in Henan, Yin’s local notables is in Henan (Runan county、Chen county), our ancestors all died in Henan.Water has source, the tree has the root, speaking of each Yin of China, Henan is our maternal home, today, is scatters of each place’s children, returned to the maternal home,here, I on behalf of each place of Yin ancestor and relative send our regards to Henan mother: Henan's mother, the race ancestor and uncle, the male clansman of the same generation and older or younger than oneself clan cousin, Thank you for all the trouble you've taken.
Speaking of the South Korean ancestors and relatives, each Yin of our China all are your maternal home, the South Korean friends, we and you all are the children of the same mother, has a common ancestor and relatives.China Yin, although originates in Henan,but as a result of the historical vicissitude, the population migration, nowadays the Shang Dynasty descendants, in the big Chinese nation family,the total population does not have much,but distribute extremely broad, by speaking of our China Yin net ancestor worship group members, has comes from Jiangsu, Shanghai, Shandong, Shanxi, Anhui,Guangdong and Guangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan and so on, today you come to Henan, but later I will suggest that you should arrive Chinese’s other places of Yin Jia to go to kiss, to drop around ,no matter where you arrive where all will be your maternal home.Our each place Yin ancestor and relative will welcome you warmly and entertain you hospitably !

Also ancient people said, grave, small heap, mausoleum, cemetery.Today, our Yin descendants finally could rectify names proudly for the ancestor, after has separated three millenniums, we finally could let our ancestor rest equally in his mausoleum like all other previous dynasties king, think of this, my mood was excited incomparably, I believe, the friends’ who attend the sacrificial mood also certainly is extremely excited!

The history of the Qi county is glorious, the culture is bright, here is our ancestor's multiplication perches place, the Qi county is our native place.We hope our native place was good in the past,good now, future will be better.But how can achieve this point? I think should write an essay in the Xin Diling.Henan is the original place of the many surname, at the rich cultural inside story to write an essay in Henan,is very good means, must inquire who asked ancestor's surname enthusiasm integrates
diligently to the economy development of the the Qi county,attract the nation even the world friends to the Qi county.Here must solve two problems,one is the question how to attract others, one is the question
how to remain others.Speaking of the Qi county,in order to solve the first question,we must use the Qi county’s rich culture inside story fully, for instance Xin Diling is the biggest underground treasure which may develop, every historical celebrity, often falls over one another, the hometown are many,the grave also has many,but Xin Diling is an exceptional case,the world only has one mausoleum, nobody struggles, also nobody seizes,like Zhaoge and Qishui,forever belong to the Qi county,now the nation and the world have started the Shang Dynasty culture research, want to study the Shang Dynasty culture be able to think of Chou Wangmu inevitably.

the grave of the Chou again to the cemetery of Dixin,again in the Zhaoge to make several idols of the big Shang kings to set up (for example Qi、Wang Hai、Tang、 Panggeng、 Wu Ding and Xin and so on), the Qi county could become famous because of Shang Wang Er.I heard Mr. Yin Xiquan is a powerful entrepreneur, moreover has the very deep patriarchal clan sentiment, suggest Mr. Yin Xiquan can again leave a capital, expands our Yin grandfather mausoleum to the genuine imperial cemetery, again pulls Qi county.
Above is how to attract others,the second question is how to remain others.If we want to remain others ,we must let others be profitable, the present have many entrepreneurs, may ask them, does not have money to gain, even loss, look who are willing to come.In other words, if others richly gain, but we do not have the money to gain, also is not good, fat others, have entrapped ourselves, also is not worthwhile.In brief,developing the area south of Yellow River center of Henan’s economy lie in “vigorously excavate the rich historical culture inside story resources, walk relies on one's own effort to revive the mutually beneficial win-win road, both must try to find solution to enhance own well-knownness, attract others, and must try to find solution to remain
others,also must cause oneself to get rich, also must let others get rich”.

你们好！
值此牛年仲春，中原大地处处生机盎然、万象更新之际，我们中华殷氏网祭祖团一行来到祖地河南，受到中共淇县县委、淇县人民政府、淇县归国华侨联合会和淇县宗亲、淇县人民的大力支持和热情接待，我代表我团全体成员向淇县各级领导和人民表示衷心地感谢！
向孕育了中华文明的这片热土致以崇高的敬意！
向远道而来的以殷熙权先生为首的韩国宗亲朋友们表示热烈的欢迎！
河南是殷商文化和殷氏姓氏文化的发祥地，也是殷姓宗亲的祖居地，也是我们海内外二百万殷氏族人心中的圣地。殷商的故都在河南，殷氏的郡望在河南（汝南郡、陈郡），我们的先祖都长眠于河南地下。水有源，树有根，对于中华大地各支殷氏而言，祖地河南就是我们的老家，今天，是散落在全国各地的子女们，回老家来了，在此，我要代表全国各地的各支殷氏宗亲向河南的宗亲们问一声好：你们好！
对于韩国宗亲而言，我们中华各支殷氏都是你们的家，韩国朋友们，我们与你们是共祖宗亲。中华殷氏，虽发祥于祖地河南，但由于历史的变迁，人口的迁徙，现今殷商后裔，在中华民族大家庭中，总人口虽不算多，但分布却极广，就以我们中华殷氏网祭祖团成员而言，就有来自江苏、上海、山东、陕西、安徽、两广、云南、贵州、四川等各省市的，今天你们到河南来，以后我还要建议你们可以到中华各地殷家去走走亲、串串门，不管你们走到哪里，哪里都是你们的家，我们各地的殷氏宗亲都会热烈地欢迎你们，都会殷情的款等你们！
今天，我们在这里会同河南省淇县殷氏宗亲会殷福春会长，会同以殷熙权先生为首的韩国宗亲朋友，于殷商古都朝歌城东，淇水之滨，代表中华全国乃至海内外二百余万殷氏族人为蒙冤三千多年的先祖帝辛祭奠正名，重新建碑勒石，将史称《纣王之墓》易名为《大商帝辛之陵》，共同祭拜我们的先祖殷商末代君主殷辛，这是倍受世人瞩目的一件大事。遥想当年，我们的先祖帝辛戎马一生，为中华民族开疆拓土，发展农商，规范文字，统一度量，为中华民族今天的版图和博大精深的文化发展奠定了基础，是气势恢弘的民族英雄，可是三千多年的历史却对他极不公平。虽然一代领袖毛泽东先生和历史学家郭沫若先生试图对我们的先祖殷辛重新进行公正的评价，想恢复末代商王帝辛本来应有的历史地位，但由于自周以来一代代的封建统治者为一己私利，加在殷商帝辛头上的层层罪名越来越多，加上《封神榜》的胡编乱造，毛泽东先生和郭沫若先生的愿望并没有实现，我们的先祖殷辛仍静静地躺在淇水之滨的平民墓穴里。可是，殷辛是帝王，自古以来帝王的墓全称陵，没有叫坟墓的，现在甚至连平民家的祖坟也叫祖陵了，可是我们殷家帝王祖先的陵却被称为墓 ，这极其不公平！古人云，墓者，小土堆也，陵者，坟山也。今天，我们殷氏子孙终于能扬眉吐气地为先祖正名了，隔了三千年后，我们终于能让我们的先祖和历代帝王一样在他的陵中安息了，想到这里，我的心情无比激动，我相信，出席今天祭祀庆典的朋友们，心情也一定是非常激动的！
尊重历史，是中华民族的优良传统。我们中华殷氏网（HTTP://WWW.Yin-China.CN)就是一个尊重历史的网站，我们中华殷氏网是一个以“缅怀先祖，弘扬殷商文化，满足海内外殷氏各支族人寻根问祖要求，促进中华殷氏各支系族人团结、大显身手、共创家园、光宗耀祖、为国效力、为台海两岸互利双赢、实现中华民族复兴”为宗旨，以“激发全国二百万殷氏族人紧密团结在以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央周围，为建设和谐社会贡献力量”为目的的网站。

作为奴隶制君主帝王，帝辛的历史功绩不可磨灭，其历史的局限性也不可能人为改变。我们应当以辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的观点，科学地评价帝辛。潮起潮落，自有终始。帝辛是人不是神，他能率领中华人民改造世界，但他却不可能改变历史发展的客观规律。一代圣人孔子，一代领袖毛泽东，一代文人兼历史学家郭沫若，都曾经对帝辛的一生做出了极高的、科学的评价。
孔子的学生子贡说，讨伐帝辛的“君子”大概认识到自身的卑微，怕搅乱天下的罪名都归到自己身上，所以才那样诋毁帝辛。
伟大领袖毛泽东对纣王评价问题极为重视，下面依时间先后引用几段毛主席涉及纣王谈话的原文来佐证他老人家对我们辛祖的评价：
1952年11月，毛泽东先生来到河南安阳殷墟，说：“这里，是中国最早的一个古 都。殷纣王很有本事，是个能文能武的人。他经营东南，把东夷和中原的统一巩固了起来，在历史上，对发展文明的区域曾有过贡献，是有功的。”“把纣王、秦始皇、曹操看作坏人是错误的，其实纣王是个很有本事、能文能武的 人。纣王伐徐州之夷，打了胜仗，但损失很大，俘虏太多，消化不了。周武王乘虚进攻，大批俘虏倒戈，结果使商朝亡了国。” (录自《党的文献》1995年第4期第36-45页)
1958年11月，毛泽东先生在同吴芝圃（当时河南省委书记）等人谈话中，又说：“纣王是很有才干的，后头那些坏话都是周朝人讲的，就是不要听”。 (录自《党的文献》1995年第4期第36-45)
1958年11月毛泽东先生在关于阅读斯大林《苏联社会主义经济问题》的谈话中，说到商品生产时，又再次强调说：“商朝为什么叫商朝呢？是因为有了商品生产。这是郭沫若考证出来的。把纣王、秦始皇、曹操看作坏人是错误的，其实纣王是个很有本事、能文能武的人。”

1959年2月25日在济南召开的一个座谈会上，毛泽东先生又说：“龙山文化很有名啊！商纣王是很有本领的人，周武王把他说的很坏。它的俘虏政策做的不大好，所以以后失败了。”
1959年6月22日 毛泽东先生同河南省委第一书记吴芝圃、书记处书记史向生、赵文甫、杨蔚屏、戴苏理五人的谈话中，再次提到为商纣王翻案的问题，他说：“纣王去打徐夷（那是个大国．就在现在的徐州附近），打了好几年，把那个国家灭掉了。纣王是很有才干的，后头那些坏活都是周朝人讲的，就是不要听。”
据不完全统计，在毛泽东先生关于中国古代帝王的谈话中，涉及最多的就是我们的祖宗殷辛和秦始皇这两个有争议的人物。
郭沫若先生在《青铜时代·驳说儒》中说：“帝辛这个人对于我们民族发展上的功劳倒是不可淹没的。商代末年有一个很宏大的历史事件，便是征伐东南（夷）、经营东南沿海。这件事几乎被周以来的史学家完全抹杀了。这件事在我看来，比起周人的翦灭商室于我们民族的贡献更伟大。”沫若先生为我们留下了脍炙人口的为帝辛鸣不平的诗句，全文如下：
豫秦晋纪游——郭沫若（为纣王平反的诗）


偶来洹水忆帝辛，统一神州赖此人。

　　 百克东夷身自损，千秋公案与谁论？

　此当尚在帝辛前，观此胜于读古书。 　

　 勿谓帝辛太暴虐，奴隶解放实前躯。 　

　 周王克商实侥幸，万恶朝宗归受身。 　

　 中原文化商始创，商人鹊巢周鸠居。 　

　 帝辛之功迈周发，帝辛之罪有莫须。 　

　 受德之名当恢复，帝辛之冤当解除。 　

　 秦始皇帝收其功，其功宏伟古无侔。 　　

但如溯流挥其源，实由殷受开其初。 　

　 固当厚古而薄今，亦莫反白以为污。 　

　 非徒好辩实有以，古为今用斥虚无。


方今人民已作主，权衡公正无偏诬。


谁如有功于民族，翻开公案莫蜘躇。


从以上三位伟人对帝辛的评价，我们可以看出，西周和以后各朝代的统治者加在辛祖身上的那些越来越多的罪名实际上是莫须有的。那些罪名集中到一点就是这个贬称帝辛的“纣”字。在这里，我提议，在海内外二百多万殷人的口里，今后不要再说这个“纣”字，我们的先祖就叫帝辛，今后不要再说“纣王之墓”，而要说“大商帝辛之陵”，或者简称“辛陵”或“辛帝陵”，对我们殷氏子孙而言，也可以叫“辛祖陵”，开始时可能有些不大顺口，但慢慢就会习惯了。只有这样，才叫尊重了历史。
淇县历史悠久，文化灿烂，是我们先祖的繁衍栖息之地，淇县就是我们的老家。我们希望我们的老家过去好，现在好，将来更好。那么怎样才能做到这一点呢？我认为，坚持历史唯物主义的观点，在辛帝陵的问题上做文章，在河南是许多姓氏发源地的问题上做文章，在河南有丰富的文化底蕴的问题上做文章，就是一个很好的办法，要努力将各个姓氏到淇县寻根问祖的热情纳入到地方社会经济发展的大政中来，要将全国仍至全世界的朋友吸引到淇县来。这里要解决两个问题，一个是怎么把人吸引住的问题，一个是怎么将人留住的问题。对淇县而言，解决第一个问题的方法很多，其中之一就是要充分利用淇县丰厚的文化底蕴资源，比如说辛帝陵就是一个可以开发的最大的地下宝库，凡是历史名人，往往你争我夺，故乡很多，墓也会不止一处，但辛帝陵是个特例，天下只有一个陵，它就在淇县，没有人来争，也没有人来夺，它和朝歌、淇水一样，永远是属于淇县的，现在全国和全世界兴起了殷商文化研究热，要研究殷商文化必然会想到辛帝陵的。
我的家乡苏北淮安(淮阴)，原来也是经济很落后的老解放区,后来就依靠挖掘两个名人的潜力才有了知名度,外资、台资、长江三角之资就纷纷而来,一个是古代淮阴侯韩信,一个是现代伟人周恩来。这两个人在世时淮安(淮阴)都没有得到他们什么好处,可是去世以后,利用他们的名望, 淮安(淮阴)从他们的名人效应中得到的好处太多了，好多名企被吸引到落后的淮安落户，淮安(淮阴)几乎是一夜成名！如著名的富士康科技集团等，甚至还有个台湾人至淮阴地区下边的县城（涟水）来办大学---炎黄大学，本人退休以后就在炎黄大学当了八年教授。说真的，淇县有这个全世界出名的帝王陵在，何愁天下名凤不飞来！事上有许多事,是不怕做不到，就怕想不到！如果再将纣王墓扩大成帝辛陵园，再在朝歌城中塑造几座高大的商王像立起来（如契、王亥、汤、盘庚、武丁与帝辛等），让人一走进淇县就有到了商都的感觉，淇县就会因商王而出名了。我听说殷熙权先生是个实力雄厚的企业家，我相信殷熙权先生一定会想办法将我们的殷氏祖陵修得更雄伟、更壮观、更吸引人的。
上面讲的是如何将人吸引来的问题，第二个问题就是怎么留得住人的问题，要想留住人，就得让人有利可图，有钱可赚，我们在场的有不少企业家，可以问问他们，无钱可赚，甚至赔本，看有谁愿意来。反过来说，如果人家有钱赚，而我们自己没钱赚，也不行。总之我是一句话，发展中原腹地河南经济的诀窍在于，“大力挖掘丰富的历史文化底蕴资源，走自力更生互利双赢之路，既要想办法提高自己的知名度，将人家吸引过来，又要想办法留得住人家，既要使自己发财，也要让人家发财”。
我絮絮叨叨地就讲这么多。
