    2010年5月22日上午，中国系统工程学会社会经济系统工程委员会第十届年会暨“科学发展观与经济系统”研讨会在山东威海举行。会上，来自全国各地的社会经济系统工程学者发表了论文报告，并与参会其他学者进行了学术讨论。会议讨论了社会经济系统的学科建设，学会即将开展的各项活动，增补了第十届学会理事会成员。大会确认了第十一届年会的主办单位为中国传媒大学中国系统经济研究中心。

    昝廷全教授作为中国系统工程学会社会经济系统工程专业委员会的副理事长应邀主持了大会学术论文报告会，并在大会上做了题为《系统经济学研究现状与发展展望》的主题学术报告，引起了与会代表的广泛关注。此外，昝廷全教授对学会的建设和发展提出了意见和建议。
